Mark Bradley
Originally from Stanley, Mark gained a degree in Spanish before embarking on a career that has embraced, among other things, homeless campaigning, haute cuisine and stand-up comedy. He has recently established his own business, aiming to push customer service into popular culture through highlighting the business, customer and employee benefits. He appears regularly on BBC TV and Radio, and writes customer service columns for a number of newspapers and business magazines. Mark is also lead assessor for the national service excellence awards. |
